Choosing sliced Ibérico for Jaén starts with the cut: hind-leg ham or foreleg shoulder ham. Compare two Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico packs, each with 80 g net of machine-sliced product. Brand, category, breed percentage and presentation match; the anatomical cut changes. Open the current product pages and choose what you want to serve without buying a whole piece or finding room for a ham stand. When trying both, keep the labels beside the separate servings to remember your choice.
Different cuts within the same category
Ham and shoulder ham are not interchangeable names. These references come from different legs even though both are sold as Bellota 100% Ibérico. The percentage describes breed rather than an ingredient proportion. Compare complete names, labels and current prices. Do not automatically assign the entire price difference to one detail or infer an unstated curing period, origin, protected designation or composition. Selecting by anatomical cut, category and slicing method helps you repeat an order without confusing similar references. Read each label rather than transferring information between products.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Choose packs to repeat or compare
An 80 g pack lets you select units without buying a whole ham. Repeat one reference or try one of each, keeping them separate when serving. Two packs total 160 g net by calculation; that is neither an advertised bundle nor a guaranteed portion. Slice count may vary and packaging is excluded from net weight. If you prefer Altanza plates, these contain hind-leg ham, machine-sliced with a knife-cut effect: they are neither hand-carved nor the shoulder ham compared here. Check the anatomical cut again when changing format.

Peñamefecit and Santa Isabel in the address
A Jaén council news item dated 28 March 2022 names Peñamefecit and Santa Isabel as neighbourhoods. Only those names are used here as address references; the old works are not presented as current, and no administrative boundaries are inferred. Enter street, number, floor or door, postcode, Jaén and Spain. Add a neighbourhood when useful for identifying the destination. Confirm who receives a gift or meal order and read options for the full address. A neighbourhood alone establishes no carrier coverage, charge or arrival date.
