An Ibérico shoulder ham selection for Gijón can start with two packs and a clear comparison. Choose between Altanza Bellota 100% Ibérico shoulder ham and Altanza Cebo 50% Ibérico shoulder ham. Both come from the foreleg and are machine-sliced in 80 g net packs. Brand and presentation match, while category and breed percentage change. Open the current product pages to decide which reference to repeat or whether to try both separately. Packs let you make that choice without purchasing a whole shoulder.

Shoulder ham means a foreleg cut

Shoulder ham is not another name for hind-leg ham. In this pair, Bellota versus Cebo describes a feeding and rearing category difference, while 100% versus 50% describes a breed difference. Price therefore cannot be attributed to just one factor. Cebo is neither Bellota nor Cebo de Campo. Keep the full designation to buy the same reference again. A shared brand does not establish identical curing, yield or composition. Check ingredients, allergens, date and storage on each label instead of transferring information from one product to the other.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Arrange a tasting with each pack identified

Serve each reference separately and retain its name so you remember your choice. The 80 g is net food weight excluding packaging, not a fixed serving or slice count. Two packs total 160 g by calculation without forming a combined offer. Open the planned units and keep the others according to their labels. Altanza plates in the catalogue contain hind-leg ham, machine-sliced with a knife-cut effect. They are not these shoulder ham packs, and the effect does not mean hand carving. Recheck the anatomical cut when changing formats.

El Llano and La Calzada as address details

The municipal participation table lists El Llano and places La Calzada in Oeste district. Add the relevant reference without omitting street, number, floor or door, postcode, Gijón and Spain. Municipal information helps identify the destination but does not establish carrier conditions. Before arranging a gift or meal, confirm who will receive the parcel and check the options for the complete address. Shop preparation and transport are separate stages; a neighbourhood guarantees neither a delivery charge nor an arrival date.
