100% Ibérico Bellota ham · Product image · Paco Heredia

Buying sliced Ibérico shoulder ham for Kranj starts with a choice of slicing method. Jamones Paco Heredia brings together two Bellota 100% Ibérico sachets, each with 80 g net: hand-sliced 959 and machine-sliced Altanza. Their category, breed percentage and net weight match, while both brand and slicing method differ. Use the individual product pages to choose the reference you want rather than treating the two sachets as interchangeable.

Compare the brand and slicing method

Shoulder ham comes from the foreleg, unlike hind-leg ham. For these two products, Bellota identifies the feeding category and 100% the Ibérico breed percentage. That does not mean the sachet contains acorns. The 959 reference is sliced by hand with a knife, whereas the Altanza reference is machine-sliced. These are two differences between the products; neither establishes that the entire price difference comes from slicing or branding alone. Ingredients, allergens, curing details and storage instructions must also be checked separately rather than transferred from one reference to the other. Read the relevant product page and pack when a particular detail matters to your choice.

Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.

Order each sachet as its own product

Choose 959 alone, Altanza alone or one of each. Two sachets with 80 g each provide 160 g net, but remain two individually identified products rather than an advertised discounted bundle. Record the quantity for each brand if you want to repeat your selection. Net weight cannot promise a fixed slice count or number of servings, and does not equal the weight of a whole bone-in shoulder. Plan quantities alongside the rest of your menu. Serving images do not add accompaniments to the sachet’s contents. If you would prefer a whole shoulder with a slicing service, check that product’s own variants before choosing.

Prepare the recipient’s Kranj address

The municipal list of local communities includes Planina and Primskovo. Add either name if it forms part of the address used by the recipient, alongside the street, building number, floor or apartment and postcode. Include Kranj and Slovenia. A local-community name cannot replace these details or establish a transport price or arrival time. Check the options offered for the complete address before payment. For a gift, arrange who will receive it and pass on the pack’s storage instructions. Contact the shop in advance when you need to plan around a particular date.

Keep the product, brand and slicing method together

Record Bellota 100% Ibérico shoulder ham, an 80 g net sachet and the correct combination: hand-sliced 959 or machine-sliced Altanza. Those details help you return to the chosen reference and distinguish it from hind-leg ham or platter formats.

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
