For an aperitif in Oviedo, sliced shoulder ham lets you choose without buying a whole piece. Compare the Altanza Cebo de Campo shoulder ham pack with its Cebo 50% Ibérico shoulder ham pack. Each contains 80 g net and is machine sliced. The foreleg cut, brand and pack format remain common, while the references and declared category differ. Open their product pages to choose what you want to receive. Category and breed percentage are different details: check each reference individually instead of assuming that one product supplies the missing information for the other.
Choose between shoulder ham categories
Cebo de Campo identifies rearing with outdoor access and feed-based nutrition; it does not mean an exclusively acorn-fed diet. Cebo is a different category. Neither becomes Bellota through being served on a plate. The Cebo reference states 50% Ibérico; retain each product’s own designation and check its label for breed details. This comparison does not attribute the price difference to a single factor. If you want hind-leg ham, choose a different reference: both of these packs contain shoulder ham. Keeping cut, category, breed and format separate makes it easier to select the feature you want.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
80 g packs for your selection
Each pack contains 80 g net of shoulder ham, excluding packaging. One of each adds up to 160 g by arithmetic, not an advertised bundle or a serving recommendation. Choose the number of units for your own selection and keep products identified when presenting them together. Format links let you explore other packs and ham plates. Check cut and slicing method again when changing format: machine-sliced ham plates with knife-cut effect are not these shoulder ham packs carved by hand. Read ingredients, allergens, storage and dates on the label you receive. Slice number and arrangement can differ from photographs.
