Choose Ibérico products for Plovdiv by comparing two 80 g net packs of Bellota 100% Ibérico shoulder ham: hand-carved 959 and machine-sliced Altanza. Both come from the foreleg. At Jamones Paco Heredia, the direct product links let you compare brand, slicing and quantity before adding hind-leg ham or another format to your selection.
Hand-carved 959 or machine-sliced Altanza shoulder ham?
These packs share the foreleg cut, Bellota 100% Ibérico category and 80 g net content. Both the brand and the slicing method change: 959 is hand carved, whereas Altanza is machine sliced. Their price difference cannot be attributed solely to slicing because the manufacturers differ too. The 100% figure refers to Ibérico ancestry, rather than the proportion of acorns eaten. Keep the full designation when comparing with hind-leg ham, another category or a whole leg, and read those products’ own information independently.
Compare cebo, cebo de campo and bellota on the product pages. The Ibérico percentage describes the breed; the category describes feeding and husbandry. Gran Reserva Duroc is a separate selection and is not Ibérico.
Put together a tasting with two packs
One pack of each gives 160 g net altogether. Keep the two shoulder hams separate for serving and choose quantities around the rest of the meal. The weight does not establish a fixed slice count or number of servings. The genuine pack photograph identifies the product; a serving photograph suggests an arrangement. Read the labels for ingredients, allergens, storage and consumption information. If you choose a machine-sliced plate with a knife-cut effect, keep that description clear: it is different from hand carving. Paco can help you choose the format for a dinner or food gift.

Check the complete Plovdiv delivery address
Plovdiv Municipality lists Tsentralen (Централен) and Trakia (Тракия) among its districts. A district name can help you check the recipient’s details. Include the street or block, building number, entrance, floor and apartment where needed, along with the postcode, Plovdiv and Bulgaria. Shipping options and charges should be checked for the complete address before payment. When sending a gift, also arrange who can receive the parcel and store it on arrival. Ask Paco about a particular date before deciding on delivery.

Your order is prepared in Barcelona and shipping is arranged through Packlink. The carrier and the collection and home-delivery service depend on the destination and the options available at checkout.
For Bulgaria delivery, review the conditions and available options for the complete destination before ordering. A city name alone establishes neither a shipping price nor a delivery time.
