For an Iberian selection in Sillamäe, compare a whole 100% Iberian bellota shoulder with an 80 g net Altanza sachet. The type of cut stays the same, but the reference and preparation differ: a piece to slice at home or slices already prepared.

An address in Sillamäe, Estonia

The municipal source describes Sillamäe as a coastal city in Ida-Viru. Keep the city name and add the street, number and postcode, specifying Estonia when asking about destination conditions. A reference to the port or coastline does not replace the precise address.

Shoulder remains the front-leg cut

Both pages state 100% Iberian bellota shoulder. The whole piece is sliced at home; the sachet contains 80 g net of machine-sliced Altanza shoulder. Do not automatically assign the sachet’s brand to the whole piece, which has its own product page.

Whole piece and slicing service are options

The first link selects a whole piece. That page also offers machine or knife slicing with each variant’s price. The 80 g sachet is another product, not the name of that service or a fixed quantity obtained from a shoulder.

Choose for what you want to prepare

Check the reference, format and current price before deciding whether to cut it yourself or receive slices. To ask about a date in Sillamäe, give Paco the product, preparation and full address. Check ingredients, allergens, storage and dates in the product information and label.

What is the difference between jamón and paleta?

Jamón comes from the hind leg; paleta comes from the foreleg. Compare the weight, format and price of each product. The weight of a whole piece includes bone and outer fat.

What do the Ibérico percentage and category mean?

The percentage refers to the breed. Cebo, Cebo de Campo and Bellota describe feeding and rearing. Read the full product designation on the product page.

How does the cutting service work?

Machine slicing adds €59 per ham or €39 per shoulder ham. Hand slicing with a knife adds €70 per ham or €50 per shoulder ham. The variants show the full price. Preparation takes 48 or 72 hours respectively; transport time is additional.
