Cebo de campo is a regulated feeding and rearing designation, not a breed name. Identify it together with the Iberian percentage and product format.
Campo does not mean exclusively acorn-fed. Read the full designation, breed percentage and label; green identifies the category, not one fixed percentage.
What feeding and rearing describe
The standard covers animals fed mainly cereal and legume feeds, which may also use dehesa or field resources. Their rearing falls within regulated outdoor husbandry conditions. Do not infer that every animal has undergone montanera or eaten only acorns from the word campo.
Cebo de campo versus bellota
Bellota requires specific montanera conditions. Cebo de campo does not inherit that designation simply by being outdoors. Regulated rearing is a relevant difference from cebo, but the words do not ensure identical taste across hams or replace breed information.

For whole pieces under the standard, green means cebo de campo Iberian. Still check whether the designation states 100%, 75% or 50% Iberian: colour does not choose that percentage. For sliced packs, check their labelling and identification rather than looking for a hoof in the photo.

How to compare two listings
Keep product type and format alike: ham with ham, shoulder with shoulder, whole or sliced. Then read percentage, declared weight, price and storage. Do not assign curing time, specific origin or nutritional qualities not declared. Choose using current details in related collections.
